The staff is wonderful. I have a beautiful view of a little pond behind the apartment building itself (rather than a view of the parking lot, like most apartment buildings). Whenever anything has gone wrong, like the sink clogging or the dishwasher leaking, it has been fixed within 24 hours. The parking is very convenient, well-lit, and it's nice being able to wash the car in the winter, when there is snow on the ground.
The location, across from Holmes Park, is lovely, but makes for a bit of a commute (okay, relatively) to downtown. And, the price is high for Lincoln, but well worth paying!
