After reading some negative reviews on here lately, I believe that it is time for another positive one. My husband lived here for a year before I moved in, and then I lived here for almost a year. We both enjoyed our time at this apartment. We very rarely heard our neighbors or anyone else in the complex. Any noise complaints that we ever had (which were very few) were taken care of promptly!
Our two bedroom and two bathroom apartment was very spacious and very well kept up. We loved having a fireplace, as well as a very nice view. It was wonderful to have a balcony, too... they were redoing the balconies at the time that we were moving out, and the new ones looked even nicer!
We very rarely had any maintenance problems, but when there were maintenance issues, they were taken care of well. We never had the same problem more than once. The maintenance staff was always very professional and always left our things exactly how we'd had them.
To address the ice issues that other people had, ice and snow happen. It's Nebraska... but the office staff always sent out letters outlining their snow policy so that it was no surprise to the residents. They also cleared off the stairs very quickly after snowfall, and they offered cups of sand/ice melt to people to keep in their apartments if they had to go out before they were able to do more about the ice. I felt like this issue was taken care of promptly.
When I had questions about the move-out statemtent that we had received, Diane (the leasing manager) was very prompt at getting back to me about questions that I had. She itemized things for me and cleared up the questions that I had very well.
I would recommend these apartments without any reservations. They are quiet, well taken care of, and a very nice place to call home.
