I have been a resident at Kensington Park for only four months and am sad to move away due to military orders. Diane, my leasing agent, has been more than helpful and friendly. Maintenence was very prompt! My microwave handle was broken yet I received a brand new microwave in its place. My townhouse is a great price for the amount of space. I would recommend this complext to anyone.
