If you enjoy brown grass and weeds all spring and summer, enjoy having your privacy violated, enjoy nosey management and maintenance, and don't mind double standards toward certain tenants, then this is the place for you. Happy renting. Never again!

My name is Ray Blount and I have lived at Kensington Park for over ten years...Now pray tell me why one would live at one place for that length of time if it wasn't a top notch organization..I can honestly say that I have never lived in a better apt. complex in my life..They maintain the grounds and buildings with the utmost of care... The apts are so very quite and all they ask for is that you be respectful and considerate toward you neighbors. Is that too much to ask..As for me, I'm so very glad they do... A truly, truly Beautiful and Extremely Clean place to call home with a very very professional managing staff. The few that I have seen leave informed me that the only reason they were leaving is because of either employement elsewhere or they have purchased a house.. I am Very Proud to call Kensington Park my home and hope to do so for a long time to come.... A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO CALL HOME!!
