We have made Kensington our home for the past 8 years and plan to continue to live here. The staff goes above and beyond. They are friendly, helpful, informative & like family! This year they started a recycling program for us and the tenants actually get the rewards for that from a monthly drawing for a gift certificate. They also held a summer contest on patios and decks. It's the most I've seen the tenants go all out to make things look great at their own front doors in all the time I've been here. It sure gives it a at home feeling.
Weeds' A few this year but visiting my daughter at a new complex her's wasn't any different. As for brown grass, there were a few patches that got burnt when it was fertilized but that was all.
Kensington Park was 100% occupied most of the summer. I don't know of anyone else who can say that. So my hat is off to Kensington Park Apartments and it's staff. Diane, the leasing manager, is great! The new maintenance is prompt, friendly and very thorough. If anyone would be unhappy here it would only because they maybe didn't like the policies set to make everyone comfortable. I'm glad smoking is not allowed in the apartments and that pets are not longer allowed. My neighbors are great and we all love it here. I'm surprised anyone would find any place better.
