Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
 
I used to live in the apts until I moved in 2003. My friend lived there afterwords. The manager had a pot smoking party in her appartment (below my friend's apartment)she told the people not to worry about the noise, if a complaint was received, she would blame it on the upstairs apartment.
