Never rent an apartment from these people unless you don't mind your loved ones paying $130 to visit you for 20 min! I couldn't believe it! Visiting my brother for 20 minutes on a freezing winter day, I parked in a unmarked, unsigned completely empty lot to come outside and find my new car gone!! Extremely upset that my car is stolen. I finally find by calling Captial Towing, where they made me pay $130 to get my car back. Then the made me walk across a huge dark iced over mud hole to find my car. They made me go alone. What a nightmare!! My brother when he was moving in 4 months ago he borrowed our other brothers truck to move him in, and while they were having a soda after moving in the furniture they came out to find his truck gone also. Same price $130 TO THEIR OWN TENANT!!! So if you want to live completely alone with no visitors, or they don't mind walking 3 blocks to your apartment on a freezing winter night, I wouldn't rent from Lakeside screw you over village!!

They have their own tenants towed, huh? Seems very similar to paying someone to shoot you in the foot, ouch!
