I lived in these apartments and liked them so much I moved back into them after being out of the state. To be honest, you do have to be careful about parking--between the hours of 7pm and 7am, visitors must park near the pool or on the side streets otherwise they will be towed. My first week here, I had my car towed because I took out my parking pass. BUt as long as you keep the pass in your car and have your visitors park in the right place, you really shouldnt have problems with this. As a college student, I have quite a few get togethers at my apartment and never once had a complaint against me, so I dont see a problem with noise traveling between apartments. However, because Lakeside is close to the Lincoln airport, I have gotten bothered by the low flying planes. But luckily I am a heavy sleeper. :) The apartments are all big and very clean! Because they are so close to the lake when you first move in you will notice QUITE a few bugs around the apartment, but I am thinking that is only because they spray for them a few days before you move in. And you will not see very many more as time goes on. Both the apartments I have lived in have had ENORMOUS walk in closets and a lot of kitchen storage.

I think that overall these are excellent apartments! And if they were located in any big city they would easily be going for over $1500/month! So it really is a great deal! BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
