On the outside Lenox village is beautiful and so is the model, but when you move in to your apartment there are tons of problems from two different colors of paint on one wall to cracks in the crown molding to carpet not staying stapled down. The walls are very thin and you can hear almost everything. The insulation is also very thin so in the winter expect to spend a lot on heating because near the windows it is freezing - I often had ice on the inside of the windows during the winter.
I found the people at the office very friendly and helpful, but then I never had a huge serious problem.
Another thing is that Lenox village is very expensive compared to some other larger apartments for example: Two bedroom (1300 sq ft) for 750 at another newer place compared to Lenox two bedroom (1100 sq ft) for 800. Made us wish that we would of gone somewhere else.
