If you're looking for above average comfortable apartments with reasonable price, I recommend this. Moving when they have "Move-in Specials" definitely helps.
Management is polite and helpful. So far whenever I call for maintenance request such as stuck toilet or bath tub not draining, it gets taken care of the same day. They always call me to follow up with the work done.
It have nice floor plans. Quality of the apt is not top notch but it is acceptable. Noise level of neighbor is low, it depends on the type of neighbors you have. The people staying here are majority working matured adults. I have been staying here for 1.5 years and I like it.
There's plenty of parking and surroundings are well-lit. I feel safe here. I like there's exterior security door to enter before entering your own apt.
Landscape is regularly maintained.
I have read multiple negative reviews before I moved in but I decided to take the risk and I'm glad I did. I didn't encounter those problems that the bad reviewers got.
The only problem I have was the quality of the bathroom is poor given that this place advertise itself as "luxury" apts. Water is ponding surrounding the sink and bath tub. Maybe its just this apartment. Insulation is poor but a portable heater solves the problem. Gas is expensive. When they raise your rent during the signing of continuing lease, always negotiate.
Overall, I am happy with this place and I recommend it. Just don't have too high of expectation.
