My girlfriend and I moved in early July and really had no problems moving in. Our deposit however was one month's rent of $650 because neither of us had really any credit. The complex that we live in is very quiet. On occasion you will hear the people above you, but it is not nearlly as noisey as some of the apartments my friends live in. I go to the University of Nebraska and even from here if you take Normal Blvd. it only takes 15 minutes. I don't see a lot of college students out here but there are a lot of young people. There is always room from my experience to park right next to your building, and there are plenty of spots open all over. It is inconvenient however that they do not have a buzzer for guests on the front of the building, they are all on the back (very minor). things I love about this apartment are the look of the bathroom, layout of the apartment, all of the windows in the apartment, the molding and fireplace, very fancy and clean feel, lots of closet space, washer and dryer. Things I would like to change are they need more recessed lighting in the apartment, more cabinet space in the kitchen, it may be a little overpriced but overall a very nice apartment. I just wish there was something this nice closer or within walking distance to the campus. The staff here so far has been very friendly despite some of the reviews. I think the only problem staff wise is with the richdale group and that is who people seem to be having trouble with. I have not experienced that though so I do not know.
