My husband and I are renting a corporate unit while we engage in an extensive home remodel. We anticipated and contracted for a 45 day Lenox Village apartment rental only to learn from our builder we'd be out of our home closer to 75 days. We paniced as we had just learned our unit was rented after our 45 days to another corporate customer. Thought we'd have to check into a hotel for 30 days at a huge expense! Upon asking Lenox Village management how we could somehow extend some rental arrangement with them, they immediately expressed interest in accomodating us. Within 4 days of that initial conversation, I received a phone call from management saying they've made other arrangements with the next corporate client and we are clear to extend our lease in our same apartment! Jen and Becky were consistently reassuring that something would work out and they were true to their word.
On another note, this corporate apartment, which is fully furnished and accessorized, had a non-functioning DVR remote. In 24 hours after delivering this remote to the office, I had a new DVR player and working remote. Great service!
