I am a current resident, and want to say that I have always found the manager and staff to be helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. The apartments are lovely, and I've never had issues with cleanliness or pests. I know it's always possible to have a bad experience, but this review is so out of line with my experience it seems as if we can't be talking about the same place. So, another perspective which I hope is helpful.
