I am a current resident and I must say this is an impressive place to live, crown molding and vaulted ceilings. At the same time, however, poor insulation, doors and windows. In the winters it is necessary to crank the heater to 78 to keep my bed room at 68 (Which is expensive heating for only 1000 sq ft...easily $175 ). Summers are the same way too, expensive to keep cool...again walking from the living room the the kitchen (Really the same room) there is a huge swing in temperature. The immediate staff that works here is nice and helpful, get past them though and the rest of the staff is unhelpful and rude. I love the grounds ladies, they keep the place beautiful and clean. I see them all over the entire area, even off the grounds, going as far to pick up trash. I have to give the two grounds ladies a lot of credit for their work, polite and cheerful attitudes. One last note, I had wasp in my apartment since I moved in during the winter (I'm very allergic to wasp) and AM NOT HAPPY they could not take care of the issue and forced me to sign a completely new lease to get out of that dangerous situation.
