I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The only positive thing I can say is these apartments are located in a great place, very convenient to everything. Other than that, it has been a terrible experience from day 1. I was originally supposed to live in Lenox's sister property. I reserved an apartment from out of state over the phone and online. I was assured it would be available and when I moved to Lincoln, it wasnt available so I was sent to Lenox with the option to take it or leave it. The company wouldnt accomodate me any other way. I have had a huge problem with spiders since I moved in. Each month I request that my apartment be sprayed for them and yet they are still everywhere. When I asked the girls in the office how often the entire building is sprayed, the answer they gave me was that they NEVER spray unless a resident requests it. I found that to be disgusting. Yesterday my apartment was sprayed and when I got home there was a huge spider right inside the front door, still alive. The apartments are poorly insulated, causing the electric and gas bills to be high. Every sink in my apartment backs up. When the dishwasher drains, it backs up into my garbage disposal, coming up into my sink. There are cracks everywhere in the walls, holes in the doors. I requested that the bathtub be re caulked since the old caulking was cracked and mildewed. That was about 4 weeks ago and its already cracking again. Anytime I deal with management, It takes forever just to get a response, much less any help. From the outside, these apartments look really nice but dont let it fool you. It has been the most unpleasant experience I have ever had in an apartment. I wouldnt recommend renting any apartment from the Richdale group.

Lenox Apartments in Lincoln are among the very best in the US. I can say this because I have spent the last 15 years living in corporate apartments all across the country, as my consulting assignments last from 12 to 24 months. The service by the management is always friendly and gracious. I have never needed any repairs, so I can't speak to the maintenance crew. Ideally located: literally in walking distance to grocery, cleaners, a variety of restaurants, dentist, doctor, service station, etc. Beautifully and tastefully furnished, with all utilities included, it makes for a special place. I recommended it to a friend, and he is very happy here as well. Highly recommend Lenox!
