Glad my lease is up soon, full of college students. Loud neighbors, pool is always full of beer drinking students and their friends, hard for my daughter to even be able to swim. Horrible for families, and hardworking adults who enjoy coming home to a peaceful environment, great for people who want a nice place to ruin with parties and obnoxious drunks. Have on 2 occassions witnessed cars being urinated on, broken beer bottles and cans after nice weekend evenings... slow to remove ice and snow in the winter. Sad really, a beautiful apartment, but poor living conditions.
