I have lived here since May and it is incomparably better than my previous apartments in Lincoln. The floorplans are very spacious and the appliances are all new. Yes, there are a lot of college students there, but, it's a college town, and not all college students are there to destruct the property and disturb the other residents. I'm a college student and as far as the pool is concerned, I have been disturbed more often by adults who bring their children to swim and are more concerned with getting drunk and socializing with their friends than they are with making sure their children are behaving. The manager is fantastic and very friendly and whenever I submit a maintenance request online it is fulfilled within a couple of days. The pool and fitness facilities are also fantastic.
