These are very nice apartments and I enjoy living here. The rent is higher than other complexes of similar quality in the area. Parking has never been a problem, and I have not had any of the issues with noise or rowdy college students others have mentioned. However, sidewalks are not cleaned appropriately in the winter (a bag of ice melt is left inside the door of each building, which I used often. In most apartments communities, clearing the sidewalks is the management's responsibility so this struck me as a little strange.) I had to call the 24-hour maintenance number once and they were nice enough and assured me they would send someone right over, but it was the next afternoon before anyone arrived. Kind of strange, but we survived so I don't hold a grudge. The club house is very nice. I have never used the pool. If do you live here, plan join a gym because equipment in the workout room desperately needs replaced and barely works at all. Aside from the issues I have mentioned, it is a nice place to live. I would recommend it if the location is particularly convenient for you - otherwise, there are other complexes where you can get similar quality for less.
