They Need to be Investigated and SHUT Down. They are Liars, and Theives.

My Windows FROZE Over with ICE on the Inside of EVERY WINDOW. I had to literally go to my car and get the Ice Scaper and Scrap my windows on the Inside. My Electric Bill was over $200.00 a month. They Offered Nothing. It didn't matter if I had Pictures and Video. They said claimed they talked with the Property Owners Down in Fayetteville, Arkansas and said they were not goingto pay for any of the Electric, I even had a representive from LES come out and to my surprise this wasn't his first time to the property, he even said that he wished they had installed quality and effective heat pumps.

I wouldn't waste my time with them. They have several Issues that other Tentants in at least 6 other states have as far as Theft, The WINDOWS, Getting them to fix anything, and being charged for things they shouldn't be charged with when request were made or marked off onthe move in sheet. .

I have had the exact same problem with my window, except WORSE. It is completely iced shut and even has icicles hanging inside --- maintenance said this is "normal." Did I mention that I have bugs crawling in my leaking windows and water literally running down the walls? And mold?
