Everything that has been written is true. Here is another little tidbit you may not be paying your own electric bill. The wiring is messed up call LES and ask them Look at the review from the gentlemen that lost his power and no one could explain well it was possibly because his neighbor did not pay his bill and when the power was shut off the meter was actually wired to his apartment but labeled to the neighbors apartment. So you should be aware If you are living in a 1 Bedroom you may be paying for the two bedroom next door
