I lived at Lionsgate for about three years all in all. After I while, I came to realize that the apartments are way overpriced for what you get. The local office is usually helpful, but the problems always seem to stem from the main office in Omaha. Usually, if you have a question, the front office will tell you one thing, and the main office another. The main office is Omaha are REAL JERKS about absolutely EVERYTHING so be forewarned! Funny, I never had a late rent check or any problems as a tenant, but if you ever need anything from the main office, they make you feel like the worst tenant they ever had. Also, be warned about their move out policy, they may get two months extra rent from you if you give notice on or after the first of the month.
The maintenance on this place is non-existent, so if you need anything done, don't bother asking. I had problems with my intercomm bathroom, and patio door and after three trips each, still neither one works so I gave up. The apartments are small and expensive for what you could get elsewhere, plus, the complex seems to attract a questionable crowd lately.
