Great location for living near East Campus and being close to everything in Lincoln. 4 gorcoery stores within a mile, shopping mall within a mile, Target within 1/4 mile, best buy with 1/4 mile... you name it. Maintenance responds well to everything relatively soon. I have no problems with neighbors, or parties in my building. My specific side of the building was less than 50% full my first year.

I hear that their main corporate office sucks and are real jerks (like other reviews) but have yet to experience it. I am sure I will get owned once I move out and not get much deposit back EVEN ON MY UPKEPT apartment.

Remember when signing a lease or re-signing, EVERYTHING IS NEGOTIABLE. They got plenty of empty apartments, so ask for things like rent discounts/specials, free W&D, garage discounts etc. When resigning, negotiate with them. They will try to nail you with $50-100 increase, and we were able to get it down to around 15% of what they wanted)

Neighborhood wise isnt too bad, have not had a problem with break ins or anything, but realize the area this complex is in is about 20-30 years old.
