When we moved in, it was all good and beautiful. But within two months you will start to realize that, it is way too costly. The carpet quality is too bad, kitchen is too small, and overall layout for a 2 bedroom is horrible. Maintenance of the overall property is not good. Now for the good part, response time for repair is okay, and the apartment complex is conveniently located for most of our shopping needs (Gateway is almost at walking distance so is best buy and super saver). For this price, I've to say one deserves much better.

Couldn't agree more! Way overpriced, kitchen was the size of a closet. Brilliant assesment of the carpet-its cheap and the smallest spill will stain it. The worst is when you move out, the will try to suck every cent out of you....STAY AWAY

That is ridiculous. If you didnt go look at your apartment before you moved in, to know what you are getting, then that is your own fault. Next time check it out, figure out how much you want to pay, and don't ----- about it. And of course the carpet will stain. Most do. And you can't expect the best quality when you are moving into an apartment. If you want the best, pay for it, or buy a house and do with it what you will.

wow anonymous person above me, you are pretty defensive of this apartment place. perhaps you work for them? I will agree with the review though, and I will say what a crappy attitude you have. Now I know for sure you work for Lionsgate.

My wife and I are considering a class-action lawsuit against Richdale Group to get our money back. If you are interested, contact us at richdale.apt@gmail.com and we will be in touch with you with any information we come up with.
