When signing the pre move in contract, we noted that having a dog was no big deal to the management. It became a huge deal when we decided to move. The management decided to replace all the carpeting and pad at our expense. Our 4 pound, house broken pomeranian, was accused of destroying the flooring. This is the same carpet that was supposedly brand new 2 days before we moved in. I have been in the flooring business for 30 years and know what new carpet looks like. The carpet wasn't new and was barely cleaned. But of course they came up with some bogus invoice from some cronee. Stay away from this hole in the wall !!!!!!!!!!!
