Lionsgate is horrible. Parking can never be found, kitchens are TINY, Carpet is cheap, and on top of that they don't screen who lives in the buildings. We have been harassed over 6 times by neighbors and Lionsgate AND the corporate office have done nothing about it. We plan to sue. Oh, and rent is jacked...I could afford to morgage a house for what they charge here.

Again, obviously a comment by a Richdale group employee. Why don't you trying working on having better apartments and then you won't have to spend time anonymously attacking bad reviews.
