Crap!! Don't even think about living here, move on. Luxury' My butt. The construction of the buildings is horrible! The walls are so thin i could hear my neighbors conversations. You could feel the wind blowing so bad that there was snow at the edge of our door. We weather stripped, duct taped, and put a towel in front, just to help for the draft. The parking is so bad that i had to walk two blocks sometimes. The staffs sugguestions when I brought it up' Rent a garage for $50 a month with no opener, which was also a block away. Maintance of building the worst I have ever seen. For $770 a month I expect quailty. never happened. Everything was my problem to fix. I could live in at 10th and G and get better respect. DON'T LIVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET!!!!
