Lionsgate is a secure access apartment. We felt this to be one of its strong points, but we found that this was not an asset at all. The front doors with the "locks" could be pulled open with a hard thrust. We were burglarized in October, none of the locks were changed, our front door was damaged, and was improperly fixed. I could actually see the hallway from our front door, maintenance was called out a second time to fix it, and did not once again. The outer ("secure) door began sticking throughout the end of our stay there and maintenance never made it out to fix that either. We just recieved our move out bill. We had a $250 security deposit down, and $100 pet deposit. Our bill still exceeds $600. We are being robbed for the second time, but by the apartment. They stated a re carpeting fee for 2 small areas of stain. They charged $300 for repainting...you get the idea. If you want to keep your money and your valuables, i suggest another place.
