I have lived at LionsGate for 12 years, and it is a great place to live. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I've only needed a couple of items repaired, and the repairs were done correct and in a timely manner. Most impressive was when my furnace needed a repair during the night. I called and the furance was fixed in two hours. The office also makes follow up calls to make sure you are satisfied with the repair. Your monthly rent payment includes access to the 24 hour fitness center, exercise/yoga classes and outdoor pool. LionsGate has a great location near shopping, restaurants and other services.
