I lived there when it started out Amberwood and was hoping for better conditions when it became the lodge. It got worse....they now charge utilities BESIDES the rent they increased to. When I say utilities I mean more than electric! You have to start paying garbage and water!! Such Bull! The rent is so much it should have stayed included! The pool in my section was Never opened it seemed like because of problems that they never fixed! The small time it was open--people were letting their dogs swim in it! So it was closed again! The upkeep on the grounds is terrible! Dog poop everywhere--it was so bad that I could not let my kids out to play on the grass. I had so much mold in my apartment that we were all getting sick from it! Bugs galore!!!I even had worms and a centipede in my bathroom once! The spiders were huge! Good luck trying to get the office to send someone out in an appropriate amount of time! Don't dare to call if you have not heard something as they get an attitude with you!My car was broke into three times in one summer as well as my son's. That is a big place for cars to be broke into. Windows broke, doors pryed open; than they keep pushing to rent a garage--that can happen ONLY if you have money to pay that AFTER all the other expenses!! If you plan on moving there--good luck as you will need it!!! Make sure you have lots of money to live there as you will need it! I am glad I am out of there!! We used to refer to it as AmberHood!!! It was AND is that bad!!!
