This community is one of the best examples of bad management that I have ever run across. They state that they have invested over a million dollars in renovations, where they did that is beyond me. I was told when I was considering moving in here that any maintenance problems are addressed immediately. Well that didn't take long to prove untrue. Not only do they not fix any problems that go wrong, their idea of repairs are to do whatever is necessary to stop the problem as cheaply as possible. Unfortunately that means band aiding a problem, only to have to come back 3 or 4 times minimum and growing for the same issues. They don't enforce any of their own rules, unless it involves money to them that is. People park whereever they want and the mgt company refuses to tow the vehicles although they say they will. The cars end up blocking garages and twice I have been late to work trying to find owners to move their cars because the mgt company refuses to intervene. They charge premium rates but believe me when I say they do NOT deliver on any of their services.
