i am a few days away from moving and what a relief it will be. my neighbor has 2 dogs they alone for what seems to be days. b/c there is no one to tend to the animals, the deficate all throughout the apartment and the smell is overwhelming. the managment has been notified 4 times and nothing has been done. my teory on this is this complex is so desperate for tenants they refuse to deal with any bad situations in fear they may lose tenants. my last i will be calling the BBB and animal control.

do not move in here. it is poorly maintained. no...it is not maintained. i have done all my own repairs, b/c it takes too long for maintenance to address any situation. they say they are busy with all the renovations. what renovations' where the 3 million dollars go' we did get a new trash can for dog feces. too bad nobody uses it.

this place is a joke and extemely overpriced. stay away...far away.
