We moved in about a year ago and I have not had any problems. I love my apartment, very roomy and the property looks amazing. I have noticed they have hired a grounds keeper that picks up the trash and he cleans the hallways as well. THe new property manager is wonderfull and works her butt off! I would recomend this to my friends, plus they take pets!!

You must work for them or is the female manager herself trying to make this place sound great. I call this place a 10000 feet look. From 10000 feet away it looks good, and the employees make it sound so perfect and promise that any problems found would be corrected in 2 days. I lived there after they did their millions dollar repairs. The second bedroom walls had holes in it and she said that there will be a maintenance person there the next day to patch it up. Well 2 months later it finally got patched but never was repainted. About a month into living there I started to hear a water leaking noise. I saw the bathroom filled with water. Called the office and was told they will send someone over right away. Nobody showed and called again for the next 3 days. Ended calling a real professional to look at the problem. They tore down the ceiling and found tons of mold! The leaking problem was the toilet pipe in the apt above was cracked. The plumber went to talk to the office manager. All the staff claimed they did not recieve any phone call from me. But I got the last laugh. I record all my phone calls to them. The plumber had to get permission from the tenant above to take their toilet out to repair the problem. After the mold and toilet problem were corrected the plumber gave the bill to staff and the staff said no they were not going to pay the bill and to give it to me. Seriously? So I spoke to LINCOLN ACTION PROGRAM (TENANT/LANDLORD ACT. After going through them and taking tons of before/after pictures. I never had to pay the bill and I was let about of my lease after 7 months of hell. And after I left I was not feel sick anymore. Thats right no mold at the place I live now! So if you want a high rent for the same quality as a crack house then move in. I recommend you look around and check this web site often. I sure wished I would have known about this web site. Otherwise I would of never moved to the Lodge.

It sounds like you used to live here years ago. It is sad that you don't have anything better to do than bash a place that has totaly changed, but good luck to you and I hope you become a happier person. Oh, and by the way, no I don't work at the lodge, I am a teacher. But good day to you.
