I ve lived in the Northbrook for my entire 6 year stint in Lincoln, which probably makes me the senior tenant here and I can assure you this place is amazing. I moved in at 18, and in 6 years have no complaints. It is absolutely quiet. I ve lived in 3 different apartments here and they are all impeccable. The safest place in Lincoln. I don t worry about locking doors or my patio; you could put us a sign that reads, Free Cash Inside and people would leave you alone. I ve blasted music, had parties, hosted wild after-hours, and have done it with total anonymity. Nice pool, a lot of elderly folks, it s like a retirement village. Every time a friend comes by for the first time their mouth is agape at how tight the digs are. Quite, quiet, quiet. It s new, it s clean, and never in 6 years had parking problems. It s very close to anything you need: Wal-Mart, many fast food joints, banks, right off 27th street (a main drag), right next to I-80. I have no clue what these whack-jobs are complaining about. It s plain '!'! Furnish it!! I ll have nothing but fond memories of this place. I love it, it s home.
