I was a resident at Northbrook for about a year, and overall I had a good experience. One pro, I found the staff to be pretty friendly and responsive. A con though, in my opinion, is that the rent is fairly high for the location and condition of the property. You do have some nice amenities (pool, basketball court, playground, washers & dryers in the unit, etc.) and a pretty quiet environment that do help justify the rent a bit. Another pro is the cleanliness of the facility-even though they do accept dogs, you don't find poo all over the place. A con though, can be the parking.
