I am a resident at Old Cheney Place and frankly, I love the place. Maintence is wonderful and the office staff is the best they have had in years. I am met with a smile everytime I enter the clubhouse. The manager has met my every demand and the full time Leasing girl is always attentive to the needs of me and my roommate. No Complaints Here! ( As to the other reviews there are only 2 renters out of hundreds that have left reviews...We love it here!)
