I've lived there since October 2007 and had no problems. The management staff is very friendly and really try to keep the place nice. In a good part of town and has secured access to building. The apartments were being remodeled when we moved in, so we had new carpet and appliances. The only place I've heard other people's noises is the living room. Usually the neighbors are very quiet. I've never called maintenance, so I don't know how quick they are. There was one time that the hallway had water damage and it was fixed within a few days. Overall very nice place with good management.

Warning: The stairways are tiny. I had to find storage for my 3 seat couch because it would not fit up the stairs. Other people have had problems with king size beds.
