I recently took a tour of these apartments, and they seemed very nice. Big apartment, tile floors, 2 bathrooms, big closets. The girl who showed me was very nice, and mentioned that she was new to the company. When I told her what I read on this site, she assured me that a staff change had taken place recently, and that the new staff will always be responsive to residents. She seemed very honest, so that made me feel better. I really liked the apartments, and will most likely be handing them my application next week.

I lived there for almost two years. The first apt I lived is was suppose to be ready for move in. I took a week off work and when I got there to move in it had not been cleaned and the carpet was filthy. I had to move everything into the kitchen and wait almost two weeks before the carpet was replaced. The apartments themselves are really nice and big and it comes with a washer and dryer. The rent is cheap. However they do not screen who they let move in. My first set of neighbors were drug dealers. I lived on the thrid floor. I then moved to the first floor and a family of at least five moved above us and were noisy 24/7. They would throw trash on our deck and play loud music all hours of the night. Even during the day just the walking above us sounded like someone pounding on the floors. Management is slim and don't have enough staff to manage all the property they have. They are bad about responding to you and in both apts I lived in they only gave me half of my deposit back, and I cleaned it and left it in better shape than when I moved in. Cops are at the apts frequently and there are a lot of college kids. There were also car break ins when I lived there.
