I have just recently moved in and love it so much!! The staff is nice especially Melissa and maintenance.

They are so friendly and always wave when I see them and ask how things are going.

I stopped in the office the other day and reported a minor detail that needed to be looked at and Melissa had told maintenance and they were here as I was pulling up from the office---the fastest service I have EVER had!

My apartment is the nicest I have had anywhere so far--well kept! We love the loft!! I could feel this was home when I looked at it.

I was amazed also how well-lit the property is at night! It makes me feel safe!!

I rate Regency high and if someone is looking for a real nice place to live---definately check this out!!
