We moved into Regency in Dec 05 and it wasn't bad at first and our manager at that time Julie was awesome.

She worked with you all the time.

Then the part time leasing agent took over full time and has literaly drove regency into the ground.

Ever since we moved in we have a had a ton of maintence problems and things being broken.

We have a horrible spider and ant problem.

I wouldn't recommend this apt complex if you have children due to the bugs and I don't recommend this place if you have something come up in your life and you may be late...CUZ THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU! PLACE IS DISGUSTING!
