The apartment complex and units look very nice. But it's all just cheaply put together to look expensive so they can charge a ridiculous rate. The weather proofing is horrible, the appliances and everything inside comes from the "landlord's special bin". In the winter, I had to buy a space heater for the bedroom and keep the fireplace on because the cold air came right in through the doors and windows when they were closed. I do not smoke, but if I did, I'd be able to. Yet, I would not be able to light candles because they claim the smoke from candles makes marks on the walls. If you own any candles, they'll inspect the lengths of the wicks so that they know you're not lighting them. The floors and ceilings are put together so poorly that the people around you shake your fixtures just by simply moving normally. The units do have washer and dryers, and the external surfaces look nice, but peel and crack away within weeks of simple, normal, use. When I moved out, I received a bill for almost $3,000.00 full of "Misc" charges that were not explained. Do not expect your deposit back.
