Ruskin Place Apartments have really
lush grounds and a nice walking trail
for pets.
However, management does
not uphold the noise clause in the
lease.
Despite the aesthetic atmosphere,
these apartments are frequently loud
and a "party" place.
For those of us
who want to work, go to school, and
live with peace and quiet, this is
not the place to live.

Ruskin has courtesy hours for all residents from 10 pm until 8 am the next morning. If at any time someone is disruptive to your quiet enjoyment, please let us know. We are NOT a party complex and want everyone to enjoy their home with us.

Ruskin IS a party place. People drink and make noise outside of our building almost every night, leaving beer cans and trash everywhere. We have complained multiple times to the office and nothing has changed.

Interesting.....every time I have complained about an incosiderate, noisy neighbor something was done PROMPTLY about it. When the inconsiderate neighbor continuted to be loud AFTER they had been warned...well, let's just say this particular neighbor no longer lives at Ruskin.
They DO take noise complaints very seriously.
