Office staff is the most inconsiderate, bitchy, rude people that I have ever been associated with.
These people should not have a job in management of any kind.
They will not work with you on anything.
I had a family emergency, was not able to get my rent in on time.
I called them and explained to them the situation (death in the family), they did not care and sent in eviction papers.
I had to leave my family early to take care of paying a large amount of money to get the eviction stopped.
I would definently not recommend these apartments to anyone.
They are old, the kithens have not been updated for years.
Also there is dog crap everywhere.
All-in-all, the place in terrible.
Is one of the most expensive apartments in Lincoln.
Before this place, I lived in Northridge Heights, they are cheaper, have 2 baths in the 2 bedrooms, a fireplace and washer/dryer in the apartment.
RUSKIN PLACE APRTMENTS ARE A JOKE!!
