Would not recommend renting here

The only reason I chose to rent here was because I have a dog. I would not recommend the complex to others unless they have a dog and cannot afford to rent a house. The apartments are not well-maintained - appliances, fixtures, cabinets, etc. are old, outdated, and do not always work properly. Although the maintenance staff are friendly and respond promptly, the repair work is not typically well done. The price of rent is much higher than the quality of the apartment. They seem to take advantage of the fact that there is limited housing in Lincoln that will accept dogs. I have had serious problems with noise, disturbing neighbors, and cannot wait to move out!

The apartments are very well maintained. We have traditional, partial and fully remodeled apartments to choose from. Each one is unique and we take pride in our product and service. Included in the rent are many amenities such as the largest outdoor pool in Lincoln, free wireless in the clubhouse, free tanning, free movie rental, two large work out rooms, dry saunas, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. We have a new dog park to let dogs run free...many GREAT reasons besides the spacious apartment to make Ruskin home. One phone call to the office is all it takes to have any issue resolved. We will always keep you anonymous. Rest assured we will handle anything in a fair and timely manner for all parties involved.
