If it wasnt in such a convenient location for us, we would not live there. The people who live here are not considerate. They let their dogs poop everywhere without cleaning up, so you have to watch where you step. Also when trying to cross the road, people dont stop for you to let you pass, instead they speed up and would rather hit you than be nice. Cops have been in our building often for reasons i am unsure of, but it does not make for a safe feeling. The apartment itself is ok, but the price seems high for what you get. Also, they are not insulated well. The air conditioning bill for a summer month came to over $115 for a small one bedroom one bathroom apartment, even with turning it off all day while at work! Just some things to think about while apartment hunting.

Ruskin Place is pet friendly. Having said that, as a team we strive to keep the grounds beautiful on a daily basis. It is the pet owners responsiblity to clean up after their pet. We have placed doggie receptacles in various places all over the property for that purpose. Our groundskeeper empties those twice weekly. If at any time you feel that your utility bill is high, feel free to call the office. Perhaps there is a glitch with the A/C unit that we can fix for you. There are many ways to keep utility costs down, feel free to call the office with any concerns that you may have. We are here to help!
