I lived at Ruskin Place last year and it was the worst experience ever! I had a dog and on days when it was 100 degrees and my air conditioning quit it would take them atleast a week to get it fixed. Get this...I had to provide the tools to the maintenance man! The office people don't care once you move in about complaints regarding maintenance issues. There are dogs CONSTANTLY barking and since the walls are so thin you can hear EVERYTHING (including the occasional love making sessions). This is the worst renting experience I have ever had.

Air Conditioning calls are considered a maintenance emergency in cases where the temp is high like that. Our maintenance staff responds to all work order calls within 24 hours of the call unless a part is needed. Sometimes the vendors we use to install the A/C cannot come out as soon as we'd like. In that case, we would happily make other arrangements to keep you cool and comfortable. We also respond to any complaints or suggestions as they are given to us. We strive to keep everyone satisfied. We as a staff care very much for everyone residing here with us.
