So...you like the open trails & green spaces' Don't get off the sidewalks because there is DOG CRAP everywhere.

There should be a policy in place to restrict the size of the dogs.

HUGE dogs, HUGE piles.

You like the inviting pool' Swim with caution, as there are drunks a-plenty drinking, smoking & peeing in the pool.

And they invite carloads of their drunk friends to do the same.
Have an issue you would like resolved' Good luck finding any female in the office who cares, or will even greet you.

The only time they have any personality is when they are showing you around.
Also, there only one washer & dryer per 12 units.

$1.50 per load.
I continue to live here because of the proximity to work.

I am not proud of it.
