I was a resident at Ruskin Place for several years (and not proud of it) because it was one of two places that would take dogs. I lived in two separate buildings and had to call the cops numerous times for reasons such as extreme partying above and below me and domestic issues. Air conditioning would not cool down the apartment on some of the hottest days of the summer. I was told if the temp is 105 then my apt should be 10 degrees below that so you do the math. Hallways always smelled like smoke and if you are non-smoker it can cause issues such as allergies, etc. Management did not take care of the smoke or noise issues. People do not pick up after their dogs when they poop. Tenants are disrespectful and the ones that are respectful move after their lease is up b/c they have experienced the same issues. I finally moved out of there and I do not regret it at all. Would not recommend living here.
