i hate how fake this place is.
i saw a response on here about someone liking this place.
it was probably one of the staff members b/c no one else in their right mind would like this place.
i read over some other responses and i have to tell you all of them are true.
drug dealers the dog ---- the parties the selfish people.
Every time i see the ruskin staff showing someone around i wanna scream DONT DO IT!!! i have even better news for everyone.
not only do people not pick up their dog ---- in the grass ive actually stepped in it because it was one the cement!!!! and there is even dog ---- in our hallway GROSS!!!! even better the ruskin "cleaned " our building and that dog shits been there for weeks.

washers and dryers dont work.
the staff dosent fix the problem.

well i move out in 2 months i cant wait.
i hope you all listen to what the bad reviews say.
and if you dont believe then please take a look a CLOSE look at everything when you come to visit.
the ruskin staff is nice when they show you around, and not really even then.
forget about moving in here this place is full of mold.
and also cold air seeps in from every crack.
and in the summer there are bugs and bugs and bugs.
no im not talking about outside.
im talking about inside your apartment.
even better when we moved in there was dog hair all over the carpet and pee stains.

Ruskin Place is pet friendly. Having said that, I will also say that every pet owner is responsible for picking up after their pet. Each and every time they take it out; unfortunately this is not always the case.
Our groundskeeper goes around daily to pick up dog mess. We've installed over a dozen doggie depots for people to dispose the mess in. And recently, we've opened up a huge dog park, so that pet owners can take their dogs up to exercise leash free. We are making an effort to ensure that everyone living at Ruskin Place has the desirable home that they deserve. If at any time you would like to come visit with Management regarding this situation, feel free. I'd love to share ideas back and forth on how to resolve this situation.

I explicitly remember being told by Anne when I was showed the model apartment, to report those who do not pick up after their pet and the staff would deal with it. HA! I also want to scream at new people not to move it. Make sure you get to inspect the apartment you will be actually moving into BEFORE you sign a lease. They are not all as lovely as the model.

I Totally agree!! You can't have your windows open on a nice day, the wafting aroma of all the dog piles is all you smell. The first thing you see when you drive into the complex is a huge dog taking a crap. The piles of snow by the the doors were YELLOW piles of snow - disgusting! The partiers, The rude tenants, the dogs crapping everywhere, the high rent & the drunks peeing in the pool - please-look elsewhere!
