Ruskin Place is overall not too bad of a place to live. It's usually quiet and the residents are very friendly for the most part. They offer free tanning but have very limited time that you can use it because other residents abused it or it's broken. The staff is friendly with the exception of one girl in the office. The only time she was nice to us was when she was showing us around. Now that we actually live here she doesn't give us the time of day. We have gone into the office to ask a question and have been treated very rudely. She snapped at us like we were a major inconvience to her. If we ever need something in the office we try our hardest to avoid the snobby ------ girl. If you need anything the rest of the staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to make sure they are nice to you. If they would just put the ------ in her place and tell her to be nicer to the residents Ruskin Place would be a much more pleasant place.

I totally agree about the ------ in the office. She has been continually rude to our entire family. The -------- in the next office is extremely helpful & nice. On several occassions I have left a maintenence message with the ------ & it never got sent on. When she was showing us around, she eluded to the fact that SKY VIEW where she lives is much nicer. She wouldn't live @ Ruskin. Hmmm... Does the management realize what she is doing to their credibility?

Please come present these matters to the Manager. Im here for you anytime and will address each issue that you bring to me in the best way possible. I apologize for any misunderstanding that has happened. As a team we stive for excellent customer service. ALL OF US. We truely want everyone to feel welcome. I would ask with all sincerity and respectfulness that no one bash any team member online. I will coach staff members as needed. But I can not do this if its not brought to my attention. Stop in the office to discuss please. You are important to us.

Ya I agree the ------ can be very rude sometimes. She seems better than the -------- though. All she does is yell at residents all day. She stares over the grounds and pool like a hawk. We like to call her the pool ----. haha. The maintenance guys seem competant. The older one seems kinda creepy though. He seems kinda sneaky like I read in another post. The other maintenance guy flies on his 4 wheeler like it;s a race track. I've seen a new guy around but have yet to meet him but my neighbor said he seems like an upgrade. The manager seems to do more talking on her posts here than she will to the people that live here.

I hardly think they are truly taking the concerns about the notoriously rude Brittany seriously. I spoke to her on Friday and she was as condescending, abrupt and rude as usual.
