I think that the management is horrible, they are all young stupid -------! I would never tell anyone to move in there. They are shity apartments that cost an arm and leg. DO NOT MOVE TO RUSKIN PLACE! RUSKIN PLACE SUCKS!

Ruskin Place is a wonderful place to live! I disagree with every single one of the negative, filthy comments on here! Most likely, they are from people who either got kicked out for bad behavior, or never paid their rent on time. I've lived here over 3 years now, and I've NEVER had any problem. The office girls are sweeter than pie, especially the cute little blonde! I can recall at least 3 times she has gone way out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. I can have my dog here (which by the way, there is a DOG PARK!), the maintenance is prompt, and there are TONS of free extras that go along with your rent, that I've never seen anywhere else. I plan on being here for a while until I buy a house; in fact, I've never lived in a place where the staff cares more than Ruskin's staff. You guys are great! Keep it up! To all those who have bashed this apartment complex and/or the staff- GET A LIFE IDIOTS! Most likely, YOU are the problem! I recommend this place to everyone! :)

I agree with the response. The place is old, but, the apartments are still nice. GREAT amenities and the staff is the most AWESOME!! Jackie, Brittany and Ann are office staff. John, Travis and another guy (sorry) are maintenance. They are so wonderful!!

Are the only good reviews from the people taht work there, seriously. OBVIOUSLY that response was from " the stupid blonde" that seems like shes your friends tell you lease from her and then doesn't give a crap about you. P.S. it's not nice to call your rnters idiots you beeotch.

Jackie, John, Phil and Anne were great! Travis and Brittany were all over each other and VERY unprofessional when I would see them. Brittany was nice until I signed the lease then never would say a word to me after that. It seemed she was always PMSing. Sure she got a pretty face but that won't get you anywhere! Its the attitude that makes you ugly. As for Travis, there were to many crude remarks made. Be professional. Do not talk to the girls about your sex life. Especially the tenants!
